Can anyone explain me what kind of ID tickets one gets as Expat Captain with Turkish Airlines?

Unlimited ID90/50 in Business or a certain amount of confirmed tickets?

Family travel privileges?

Is the roster commutable at all on B737? ( I know they say 6/2/5/1 ?)

The 737 short haul fleet is not commutable, the DGCA rules dictate just 7 days a month "OFF" which is usually split as one "pair" in first half of month and one " pair" in second half, with single days in between. Unlike JAR/EASA a single day OFF does not include two local nights and "OFF" starts at 12.00 GMT. In other words, you could finish work at 1.00 am local and that would still be an "OFF DAY" then start work 24 hrs later plus the min rest of 8 hrs. You can request 3 days off but it is not guaranteed and "OFF "days cannot run back to back to make say 4 or 5 days OFF. All staff tickets are on standby basis, none confirmed. Prices are based on discount off the highest flexible fare at the time of booking, open tickets valid 3 months. THY staff discount for wife and kids, not extended family, economy only, not business. Lufthansa group tickets after 12 months service, they allow standby " business".
