Basic Medical Weekends at LGW

Does anyone know where I can get a basic medical done at LGW on a Saturday please?

Matter of urgency for an employee. I know AMS don't do it but any suggestions would be a huge help.

AMS doing one for us today and may get the other booked in tomorrow but if not I may require the Saturday option.
