Apply to LAN airlines

I hope you can help me. I'm a foreigner commercial pilot, i want to know which are the requirements to apply as First Officer in Lan, i need validate my license? since 1 month i applied, but they don't call me, how much time i have to wait the answer? soon i hope to go to santiago, so i can apply personally, i have 250h and all what they want.
lan still are needing pilots? What i need and what i´ll do? I need information someone help me please
