advice for CPL training

Am planning to do my CPL after attempting the DGCA exams.
would like some concrete advice on where is it most cost effective( value for money and expeditious) to look for in USA, New Zealand, Australia.

The USA is by far the better option.

One exam for PPL and one for CPL. Much more affordable than Australia or NZ. Cost per flying hour and accommodation for the duration of your course. The money you save could go on a type rating. Oh and you will be finished within 12 months. Australia could take up to 18 months.
