My suggestions would be:

1) If it is repeatedly advertised, then it is no good, and;

2) If you get the job you should change your handle to "lesstimeoff" perhaps?

It is no surprise that what look like good jobs keep getting re-advertised. They look good, but you can't really polish a turd.
