Interview Call -Spicejet?

I am one of the DGCA cpl holder who is struggling in aviation industry and submitted my resume personally in the Spicejet office,Gurgaon atleast 10-15 times but of no use!

Applied through their website but still the mystery continues...!

Could any one what is the criteria to get a call in Spicejet....It seems they are hiring ...every year with no official job hiring post on website or newspaper!

Anyone can solve the mystery please!

its no mystery with spice jet :mad: its a open secret or i would say its a fact :ugh:from the past 2 years all cpl entry were back door. spice jet a bag full of fcuk

with spice jet.. vacancy or no vacancy for cpl entry does not make a difference


although in the type rating batch in 2012 there were some fair selection .

Well the for the record they did come out with an ad in the Hindustan Times back in 2011

if u really want to find a job in india in the airlines as cpl entry for that there are only 2 airlines...... jetairways and indigo

and thats the bitter truth:(
