Out of curiosity what would the demand be for companies in Hongkong offering a training package of maybe 10 hours of flight time in countries such as Australia to go about and do Flight training Theory, Flying hours and simulator to get prepared for the cadet pilot interview for Dragon Air?!

If this was affordable lets say $5k for travel, living and tuition!

C172 usd$200/hr x 10 = 2000
ppl ground school usd$50/hr x10 =500
air ticket return usa usd$2000
accommodation usd$180/week x 3 = 540
total $ 5040
so usd$ 5000 is reasonable.
and can achievable!

May I ask how exactly did you come up with these numbers? Have you attended PPL or Recreational flight training in US? If my experience in Canada applies, PPL Ground School is usually a set fee (including books and materials) with instructor briefing charged at a hourly rate.

i had ppl training in US.

172 hourly rate around $120-140
instructor hourly rate around $50-70

you are right! i almost forgot books and materials fee.
PPL book around $50

but for PPL course, flying atleast(i forgot the number) ~35 hrs, and ground ~35hrs.

ofcourse, you can buy cheaper airticket, and share the housing.
