I don't understand your check 1 and 11, the UK it's 50 hourly, 150 hourly and annuals
The USA do 50, 100 and 200 hours services, with special ones too

There are plenty of OLD maintainance manual out of date copies on the web, google it, I won't post it simply because they are old and out of date
