Ethernet Smooth Stepper

A mate of mine in the UK has asked me about these. Does anyone know anything about them and where to get them?

It seems he needs the Ethernet version.

I'm in Texas, but he might be able to have it fetched from CA.

Knowledgeable comments about the device would also be appreciated, but I gather it's for CNC control from a laptop and smooths out the swapping process between port and video. Summit like that.:confused:

Thanks for that. I've forwarded it to my (retired programmer) pal. His basement is full of incredible machines, despite the final product being fine jewelry. I guess he just makes his own tools and jigs.
