I've heard from some people that there will be a new regional airline coming up in El Salvador with Fokker Aircraft or ERJ 145's called VECA, to operate the whole Central American region and U.S later on. Anyone can confirm if this is true ??

Lo que se maneja en El Salvador últimamente es que la operación seria con Airbus para finales de este año, lo cual lo veo improbable ya que queda muy poco tiempo. :rolleyes:

Last I heard, operations will start in March, First bird has arrived to El Salvador its an A319. It looks like they are going strong.
