Hi, I have a frozen ATPL licence with B737-300 Type Rating from a JAA full member country and EU Citizenship. My question is what is my chance to get a job in GB or any EU land?

Well seeing that easyJet, Ryanair, go et al favour B737 type-rated people your CV will probably get looked at as opposed to put in the trash straight away. Have you just bought the Type-Rating or do you have the 50-odd line sectors and time on type?
If your situation is the latter you maybe attractive employment-wise. The hours requirement is quite high (for low-timers) for these carriers.
