I fley with BRAL EGNM-EGKK on Friday and EGKK-EGNM yesterday and the crew on both flights were fantastic.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me the best person at BRAL to write to is to complement the crew and whether this complement will actually get passed to the crew concerned.

I think the Cabin Crew manager at Manchester is Anne McCairley.
Address it to her or Lynn Shaw.
They are based at Olympic House, Manchester Airport.
If you send it to them at this address it will get past on as this is where the crewroom is too.
