Pilot Job - Cebu Pacific - PILOT CAREER CENTRE (http://www.pilotcareercentre.com/Pilot-Job-Posting-Pilot-Opening-Pilot-Job/5635/Asia/Cruise+Relief+Pilots/Airbus+A330/Cebu+Pacific)

Seems like they are recruiting non rated A330 pilots with quite low hours , just sent them in an application? anyone working with them?

Look again, it's for CRUISE pilots. You'd never get to fly the aircraft.

There are plenty of much better options around in Asia, higher pay package and more reliable company organisation, try PEACH AVIATION in Japan they are recruiting right now, sincerely avoid Cebu or any other operators in Philippines.

Impossible to jump onto RHS unless you are JCAB license holder.
Forget about it. I am Japanese but non JCAB license pilot.
They said "sorry..........":ouch:

I thought Peach is the new name of the Airline that ANA is setting up after cancelling the deal with Air Asia to set up AK Japan.

An example: Air Japan are looking for B767 NTR Fo's and Capt's via various recruitment agencies. No requirement for JCAB Lic as they will do that once you are accepted and its posted on the requirements, ICAO etc licence.
it did mention 3000TT for FO.

Back with Cebu, are they recruiting rated/experienced FO's & captains on the 330 or just this stupid "cruise pilot" thing?

What's the job like?

Actually, I just talked to the hiring Gal and she asked if I knew of any expats that would be interested in either the Capt or FO position. She sent me this:

Stew, if you have any expat friends that are interested in joining under local terms, this is our requirements

Qualifications for First Officer position:

A320/330 Type Rating Valid ATPL
Total of 3000hrs with at least 1000 hours on Airbus fly by wire
Level 4 ELP, First class Medical Certificate

Captains need 330 experience but she didn't specify the minimums but I would think at least 1,000 of 330 time and then you too can make about $6500 per month.

As was mentioned, there are many places in Asia offering an expat far better T&C's.

Korean Air, is looking for cockpit crew, as far as I know through Rishworth Aviation, and for sure the benefits are quite better than in Cebu, as said before there are still options to get a proper roaster and benefits.
Local terms :ugh: in general not recommended unless single with not house to pay or family to visit
