Does anyone know of a simple way to get rid of the PCeU virus. It will not allow the computer to start in safe mode so I do not have any more ideas.

Yeah... Reformat and rebuild. That's quick and easy... You've got backups of your important files, right ?

Follow the suggested steps pedantically and 99% of the time you will manage to rid yourself of the problem.

As the OP I thank you all for your help and suggestions. I eventualy got someone who knows more than me to remove the virus. Maybe I should buy a Mac.
