Can anyone suggest a suitable place to send my Bose A20 Aviation headset to get it repaired please?
Headset is intact, but intermittent phones (might be the phones jack-plug, but it's a sealed unit so I can't look inside!)
Thanks,
Jez

I (professionally) have about 30 Bose-Xs that keep getting damaged by hamfisted users, Headset Services always do an excellent job of repairing them.

You might want to try to contact Bose first. I think some of the earlier A20s had flimsy connections/broken cables at the jack-plugs.
I had the same problem 2 years ago and Bose promptly sent me a new microphone(/cable) assembly free of charge. :ok:

Just to add balance to the thread - I used Headset Services in April to refurb my DC 10-60 and found the service to be slow(6weeks) and expensive.

If you want paid for repairs to Bose headset services are ok but if you want warranty works on Bose headset services suck

Turn around time was less than two weeks, great job on my Bose and they done it all under warranty which I wasn't expecting.

Would highly recommend :)

I use Bose A20 since they were launched, had several repairs on all three I own up to now, always sent them directly to Bose for repair, never had anything to pay for the repairs. Contact Bose first!
