Sky Airlines suspended all flights in the evening of June 3. Also sister company German Sky Airlines suspends all flights until further notice.

Both airlines are part of the Kayi Group. Tour operator German Travel International (part of Kayi Group) is also bankrupt. Probably the fall of GTI caused Sky Airlines to get into deep financial problems.

It seems that the Turkish charter operator Sky Airlines has shut down operations today.

It says that due to the mother company "Kayi Group" having run into financial troubles, its two German travel agencies and also Sky Airlines have been shut down with immediate effect. The German subsidiary "German Sky" has already been disbanded earlier.

Another group of colleagues out of a job... not good.
