C'ant remember if Flight Deck are AerLingus or not but I know the Cabin Crew are not employed by Aer Lingus. they are employed by a third party who are responsible for crewing the cabin. This is detailed in some of the Flight report logged by ppruner who travelled on the inaugural services.

They are contract staff employed by Storm McGinly but I think they are trained at EI .
