Have an interview with EAL next week, but have heard some really off-putting rumours about them? Would really appreciate if any of their crews could throw some light on the subject...
Have heard the salary and flight pay is less than attractive and that crews are doing weeks and weeks of stand-bys and can not make a decent salary because of this.
Also heard there is a lot of un-rest in the camp and therefore crews are leaving.
Before I travel down to Bournemouth from Newcastle I would really like the low down.
