Which ex-Cathay CEO is associated with this chain, not to mention the company serving the swill which passes as 'food' in Hello Kitty City?
It would not be very 'PC' to disclose the answer.

Surely Starbucks is taking the piss in regard to this matter!

What a miserable lot you all are. Read the apology on their website, sometimes people do make mistakes, and then the.....drum roll please...the world moves on. It is a lot more than the CX crowd would do.
