Could someone explain to me the staff travel system for norwegian flight crew please. Is it possible to swap staff travel with someone working for another airline?

Staff travel for NAX crew is only available to the crew (or parents / spouse), and since they're not a member of any alliance it cannot be traded in any way.

I think it helps to be a member of IATA.
Norwegian is not.
