Info About where to go?

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask, I currently live in Lebanon, and I want get an ATPL license. I'm a bit confused on what to do, now I know MEA are doing their sponsoring thing, but I hear this and the next year they're not going to open up for recruitment, (Plus I really don't feel like working with MEA on a small scale) I've been hearing about a school called Ayla Aviation, In Aqaba Jordan, And I was wondering, this place is relatively new, so I really don't know what to do or think, do any of you guys have any info about that school? Or any schools in general (not necessarily in middle east but accessible)? Maybe even got any ideas on how I can do the license?
