It was jammed,not locked.there is a lot of difference in 2! Spoke to the P1 who was in P2 seat at the time of incident,it was a one way command flight,so both P1 were flying,& crew was not called in the cockpit coz when P1 left the cockpit,they had a crew doing SUPIS!!
