Is this the new industry low:

A320 FO TYPE & LINE TRAINING, DIRECT EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT-Latest Pilot Jobs-Latest Pilot Jobs (http://www.latestpilotjobs.com/jobs/view/id/749.html)

Sure someone will try to beat it :ugh:

It is a really good thing that we are facing a dire shortage of pilots or they wouldn't be offering great deals like this--NOT

Interesting that you simply require an ICAO Level in English, without stating what level. Are they hoping that the level is so low that you won't understand what you are signing up for?:ugh:

It usually ends off the end of a runway somewhere in Indonesia.

Based on their incredibly flexible payment plan, I just signed up. Think of all the miles I will get on my credit card with this!

PRICE:
Euro 60,000 for the Type Rating & 300 Hours of Line Training

PAYMENT PLAN:
Euro 5000 is due once pilot’s resume has been approved by our Partner Airline and Euro 55,000 will be payable upon the start of Type rating training. No other payment plan is available.

Company based in New Delhi, now that is a real confidence booster!

Does seems to look like similar  that I saw with a TRTO, where they had loads of Indians paying this kind of money, for 737 TR and job with Lion!

The whole deal stinks!

Also quite nice that most real jobs require 500 hrs on type leaving you 200 hours short. So this is just as useless as getting a type with 0 to 499 hrs.:ugh:

With no experience, it will leave you short even with 500 hours on type, as they require 1000 - 1500 hours TT as secondary requirement!

I remember the days when job adverts used to ask for large numbers of hours and certain aircraft ratings!!!

Now it just seems he/she with the least number of hours wins!!

Another SCAM! so 5000 euro is the "agent commission" and the rest is a gamble.. forget this and take the 5000 euro to a casino RED/BLACK the odds are higher! of course there will be some "unfortunate and disappointed" candidates...hmmm stay away. " partner airlines" my left foot!

OK... guys.. STAY AWAY from MSD... this company has been supplying lion air with Indian pilots..majority of them with fake licenses and the rest have problems flying.. (ex..Lion BALI). MSD is known by DCGA Indonesia and all airlines indonesia... With a very dodgy Mr Kush (FO in Lion Air) as Operations Director. Just use search on this forum about MSD or Mr Kush B. :ok:

Lion has stopped using MSD services since Jan.. and the rest of indonesia.. Bad Rep...

If you P2F use Eaglejet, CAE pilot career program etc. who has been doing it for a while. (before angry parents (pilots) starts shouts..ITS JUST ADVICE.. like you give to your kids.. before the first serious date.. Birds and bee.. You dont like them engaging in the act.. but aleast talk to them about protection:ok: even double up if you are in some places:mad:)

Pay to Flyers or should I say Mummy and Daddy do not realize that after they've gotten their 500 hours of warming the right seat, that employment at the likes of EK, EY, CX is just not going to happen. They do not care for short cutters.

That said to the spoiled little children, save Mummy and Daddy's money:ok:. Get off their tit and let the enjoy their golden years of retirement, while you try to make your own way into the world the way the rest of the mature professionals have.

Re the previous post

If only pprune had a like button!

Speaking as a wannabe still hoping that the supply of P2flyers is going to dry up someday!

Well, if Mummy and Daddy would not submit to such schemes, then the poll of spoiled little children would dry up, thus a need for qualified crewmembers would result.

It won't end. Rich People who would have previously not bothered with this profession as they would have had to compete on personality and merit, now take up flying as their money or parents money gives them an immediate advantage.

Its becoming a plaything and status for the rich.

In a certain LCC there is a suspicious amount of pilots from posh areas of south Dublin.:ugh: Why are they there? Because they can pay.

It will only end when the idiots stop agreeing to it. It's about time people realise that the airlines NEED pilots. If they can't get people to sign these rubbish deals then the terms WILL improve. If they can get them to sign then someone else will come up with something even worse. Bide your time and things will improve.

Just take a step back and look at why you want to be a pilot. I suspect that for the majority it has something to do with a good standard of living. Thinking that you only have to suffer for a few years and then get a job with a Middle East Major may seem like a plan. Eventually their recruitment will slow down, and the competition will be intense. Will you get that job? Maybe, maybe not. I know some really good people that didn't get in.

Think on.

The funny thing is, if I were rich, aviation is the last career in the world I would invest in, that is with the benefit of 25 years hindsight!
Another 3am report tomorrow, marvelous:\!

You can blame the authority as well..150 hours total flight time for a commercial and another quasi fiddle on P1 hours.
Not forgetting that I turned up at Weston last autumn on a flyable day to find school flying stopped "because of an icing risk!"

do like me, stop aviation and look for brighter horizons. there is absolutely no indication that this misery will stop in the future.

We are more and more looking, and less jobs.

what we got in europe? ryanair...what a deal!!!

or maybe in middle of Africa you may find some crappy planes to fly with mushrooms in the fuel tanks...
yes, I think most of us, lost or are going to lose all their money they put in aviation.:{
