Anyone have further information regarding aircraft? Serial number of the BAe 146 would be great!?

I guess it was not the oil but petrol. They regularly carry drums with petrol and diesel on these flights to Wamena.

One of the fuel drums leaked whist unloading and spilled onto the hot brakes (no reservers) and Boom.
I have some pics which ill try to add later.

It's sad to see another BAe 146 hit the dust... Many of hours were spent in the 146...
Wamena's good at claiming BAe146's............this is its second one in just over four years.
The last one was the CFIT accident involving PT. Aviastar Mandiri, BAe 146-300, PK–BRD, in the circuit at Wamena on 9 April 2009. Aircraft destroyed and the 6 crew members fatally injured.

As much as I did not like the 146 that much it is sad to see this happen. Did quite a few hours on JJY.
