I think Cathay should market themselves as the airline that doesn't charge its pilots to fly. Get it out into the mainstream and passenger numbers would increase.

wow,thats good idea for those who want to fly the big jet. But i really doubt Cathay would follow this path since not everyone can afford to pay the tuition in Hong Kong.
