Best China A-320 Contracts

Hello,

I am interested in finding which are the best China A-320 contracts for Captains.:confused:

Also is Vietnam better ?

Interested in pay and conditions.

Where in China is best to live ( in your opinion ) ?
Avoiding smog.etc.

I may live there or commute.

It seems there are certain traps and you may not get paid what the advertize.

Like which agencies are best for those of you who have been there ?

I am currently on contract in China. The trap is not pay, I think with the companies that I know of the pay is good and you're paid on time.The traps are the medical and the simulator. The medical gets more and more difficult all of the time and many healthy guys who have been on contract here for a while have failed renewals.The Chinese ATP sim. check and the Captain sim. check also fail people who have left good jobs elsewhere. Believe me failure has very little to do with ability, the criteria set by the checkers are their own and are not based on any internationally recognized procedure or standard.
