I guess you asking about Air Asia INDIA... for the rest of airasia (malaysia, Indonesia etc) Air ASia.. does NOT provide Accommodation and NO Transportation, No CREW MEALS etc. because its a low cost airline... trying to keep the operation cost down so low ticket price...
Salary depends... what you CEO can give you..
