I often wonder if they got one of the Harriers from Predannack I pointed out to them.

1 Sqn have a Spitfire 21, which BBMF and Mr Clive Denney worked some magic on, it was a bit of a birdcage when it arrived, but looks spot on now.

Ahhhh, am I getting mixed up with the 4 Sqn? ( I think it was ) requests, I know the 1 Sqn Spit was done, the tailwheel on it was in my possession for a while.. ;)

Years ago the Spitfire could be seen outside 1 Sqn's hangar at Wittering when driving down the A1. Always gave me a kick
