Hi people,

I am a NZ pilot but have been flying overseas for the last few years.
I am a FO on the A320 Series and will be sitting the ATPL flight test back in NZ through Air NZ Aviation Institue on their A320 sim.

Does anyone have any further information about what is required during the flight test.
I read the Reqs on the AC61_7 but wonder how that transcribes to the A320 simulator check ride, especially the Fuel management, Aircraft performance, Aircraft loading (Do we have to do a written W&B), and flight planning. IF anyone has some good information please shed some light for me.

Cheers :) :ok:

Talk to the Sim instructor they will tell you. (=Air NZ)
IMHO If you have more than 500hrs on type then the rating converts over so very unlikely to go through all that type related stuff. Its usually the same as your 6monthly check along with a raw data approach i.e easier than doing it in a piston twin.
