Need some help

How do alert the authorities for maintenance safety issues (falsified records, not conformed AD, scheduled items not done, maintenance techniques followed illegal) etc, without personally getting involved?

Too dangerous to expose it personaly, have to leave country fast

Any way inform authority and do sudden ramp check?
And after that what?

Situation seems very spine tingling. Don't start a witch hunt that you are not prepared to personally back up:=. It's not cricket.

Newspapers in that part of the world are ravenous for such scandals. However, unless you have definitive proof, it's all hearsay and mud slinging.

Violations are normally reported to the aviation authority of the country in which the aircraft is registered. There are some 3rd world countries where this would be an absolute waste of time as the relevant people have already been paid off to turn a blind eye. If your case is in one of those countries I would suggest you resign and go elsewhere. This may sound callous but I was in the business for over 40 years and have seen the same situations that you refer to in several countries - the corruption can be so endemic that any attempt to rectify things is an impossibility and can be harmful to those that blow the whistle.

You can't! If true, you do get personally involved. Their phone number is 02 287 0320 but I hope you have proof.

Send anonymous letters to the local authorities, newspapers, FAA, EASA and any other concerned country they overfly, etc!
I personnally don't think the best option is to stay quiet and go away. The remorse would be too painful in case innocents lifes are lost.

I´m agree with fullforwards...make an anonymous report, send it to several places including the aircraft´s manufacturer.......you should leave anyway.

if you can provide documentary evidence make up a professional looking report and after you leave send it to the appropriate authorities. Just make sure you are out of the country first as those with some financial or political influence can exact retribution on those who cause them problems.
