I am trying to followup on my application with Jetstar Japan.

The ad I saw did not say anything about requiring a rating.

The app asked if I would be willing to forgo bonus's to repay the cost of the rating.

I know when I spoke with the HKG group, they said that they are first only looking for typed Captains and maybe at the end of the year they would look for untyped crews

Be prepared for an online SHL Test, its crazy, many including me failed that to begin with, so couldn't tell u more about anything as the beginning became the end!!

Its an online Test,
total of 4 test's;
Verbal reasoning,
numerical reasoning,
Character assesment tests 2 of.
you have to complete each one in a certain time.

You can google about it, you will need to prepare for it.
