EK 2013 Salary Adjustment

Today you are being paid on the new salary structure for the first time but you have no idea what that new pay is. Strange, no?

I think this has only happened a few times in our entire history.

Is see ya point Drop. But checking I see the pay review letters since 2009 have all come out around the 11th to 13th May. I am a hoarder alright....don't judge me!

I stand corrected, thanks. I do remember one occasion where we were kept waiting until August to be told what the adjustment was and the difference was then paid as back-pay from May. That event must be further back than I imagined.

There was also the time Ed announced it in Dec to be paid in May. Don't think the P2F guys had finished school then and we couldn't find anyone else to join on the conditions as they were.
