If it was a standard KC-135 which was designed and built for the USAF, there was no FE panel or FE station.

But the French 135s may have the FE station, as I've not a clue if they do or not.

Perhaps it's to service the tanker 707's of which there are still a handfull ? Or the remaining African VIP 707's ?

Oh ok. Must be that. I didn't know they had E-3's.

As I read it, the job is for LAMEs, ground engineers, not Flight Engineers.
