AAI chaiman S.L.Narula maintains that all round efforts are on to improve the condition of airports in the country, from toilet training security personnel to coaching taxi drivers on politeness.

"The problem arises when two or three flights land at the same time. Though there is a person to clean the toilets round-the-clock, this is apparently not enough."

"The problem of toilets is more pronounced because security personnel also use the toilets meant for passengers. There are separate toilets for the staff but they are some distance away from the main hall. Most of the security personnel don't even know how to use the Western Commode properly. It's been decided that CISF personnel who are being inducted will also be trained to use toilets."
