Anyone got word on what the chaos was like in Chengdu as ATC evacuated during the earthquake?

No matter there was an earthquake or not, Chengdu ATC was chaoic. Traffic going to ZUUU would be delayed for 5 hours at least everyday.

Chengdu has the worst of ATC I've experience in mainland China - control freaks that makes everything 10x harder for themselves - really bad place ATC wise. :ugh:
