Reasons for Aircraft crashes.

Can we in depth highlight and discuss all the reasons behind air crashes ?.

1. Bad Weather viz Thunderstorm,fog conditions leading to unable controlling the aircraft.

2. Hit by a Object (Bird etc) leading to wing/s broken.

3. Technical failures in the aircraft - Jet Fuels shortage, Jet Engine
Malfunctions, Specific Instruments/Controls Malfunctions in the cockpit etc

4. Rare case - Both Pilot and Co Pilot Cardiac or any other major organ failures.

Any more reasons ?.

A bit of searching indicates that the OP uses these posts (and there are quite a few of them, in many different fora) to generate responses. His questions (suggestions) are then posted on his blogs together with selected responses copied from the various fora which are represented as named "experts". I presume that this is in order to generate traffic to his blogs. If you are happy to effectively be contributing content to his websites free of charge, then fine.
