Well this is it. The hard bit. I have been invited for an interview and aptitude tests with Atlantic Airlines, (this is for the Cadet Pilot Training Scheme). I neeeeed any help, advice, and tips on how to prepare. APTITUDE TESTS. AAAAAHHHHH. Every time I sit these things I am either very accurate yet to slow and don't complete enough questions, or I finish the test in time yet the accuracy is lacking. So I really need to work at this. Any tips on where to go to improve this skill. What type of tests are they. Do they take you up in a 152 tailgragger or due they test you in a sim. I know they do at least one of these.

Any help or advice is gladly welcome.

Thanks everyone.

Try here for practise verbal and numerical tests on line.

I would say, if the tests aren't negative marking and multiple choice, take an educated guess at the ones you have missed out. Don't stick on difficult questions, skip to the next one. You can always go back and try to complete the harder ones later. Furthermore, there are always more questions than you can answer.

Best of luck - Keep us posted on how you get on!
