I have a question about Jeppesen chart 10-9S. For ILS 07L(and other ILS's), there are visibility requirements for FULL, Limited and ALS out. Does Limited mean any runway lighting or combination of lighting equipment unserviceable aside from ALS?

Got the answer on a different PPrune Forum. Thanks again for all the help from this forum for a technical question.

Err, and with all due respect, not sure about the other operators in Fragrant Harbour but CX doesn't use Jeppesen any more, hence the deafening silence.

CX now uses a chart system that can really challenge one's NAVigational TECHnique.

But it's cheap.

Limited might mean... TDZ or CL out...

Limited might mean... TDZ or CL out...

Underlined stuff applies to most aircraft that don't have HUD equipment.

"An RVR of less than 750m may be used under the
conditions a. to d. shown below (Full column). Otherwise
the RVR is limited to 750m or above (Limited
column).
a. CAT I operations to runways with FALS and TDZ
and CL and with decision height of 200ft or
b. CAT I operations to runways with FALS but without
TDZ and/or CL when using an approved
HUDLS or an equivalent approved system or
c. CAT I operations to runways with FALS but without
TDZ and/or CL when conducting a coupled
or flight-director-flown approach to a decision
height not less than 200ft or
d. APV to runways with FALS and TDZ and CL
when using an approved HUD, but not below
RVR 600m."

Therefore without TDZ and/or CL lighting, you are not limited to 750 meters if conducting a coupled or flight-director-flown approach to a decision
height not less than 200ft.
