Anyone know where I can find the requirement for HK registered aircraft? Thanks.

It's all listed in the Hong Kong AIP.
AFAIK, it's not available online. Call the HKCAD to get a copy.

Aeronautical Information Publication (http://www.hkatc.gov.hk/index.html)
Good luck finding anything in there about compass swings though...
