AirAsia India will start hiring soon, its group chief executive officer, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes said.
"We're hiring soon. India here we come," he tweeted.
The dates would be announced soon, he said.
AirAsia India is a 49:30:21 joint venture between AirAsia, Tata Sons and Telstra Tradeplace of Indian investor Arun Bhatia.
Early this month, he announced that the chief executive officer for the Chennai-based operation has been picked but has yet to reveal the name.
