Anyone have some legitimate numbers as to how much of a cut a pilot hiring agency gets when they have a pilot under contract to an airline?

Interested in knowing if it is a percentage of the total or an industry standard amount; considering the totals being offered by some Chinese operators and others in India. Some Chinese airlines are offering double what Indian airlines might offer, does that translate into double the cut?

I realize that there are cases where the totals include other benefits but a general idea would be appraciate.

I'd be much more interested to know the connection between airlines and their so called "training organisations' in terms of common directors or other over cosy financial connections.

Some companies have long seemed to have unnatural connections in this direction, and the unnatural and unhealthy prevelence of PTF, chronically bonded or "contract" as in £X000,000 indentured FOs seems to indicate this is not an unreasonable concern.
