We are in the private jet consulting business and we have been in PRC/HK since 2005
Recently, we heard from a 'Brian Butt' who has a background in GFS in HK and police helos. BB was also involved somehow with the (now defunct) PanAm Flying Academy. BB now claims to be engaged in acquisitions of private jets on behalf of China clients. BB has a 'partner' named Dianna Yeung (obviously an anglicized name)...BB claims that DY is 'socially very well connected in China)....I take this to mean that BB is the front-man and DY has the connections.
I read an old thread on PPRuNe from 2008 that wasn't terribly complimentary to BB and as far as I am concerned, there's no smoke without fire.
Can anyone shed light on this Brian Butt...?
