As one gets old one may develop cataract in their eyes. Intralocular lens can be implanted doing a surgery . Can one still maintain a class 1 license after it. Has anyone done it.

There is no problem with an FAA First Class. As long as you pass the eye exam, you maintain your First Class.
I believe the medical records of the surgery must be submitted to the FAA though.

In Icao also you can fly with no restricrtions
