I need some expert advice concerning the dreaded assessment tests.
I was laid off a few years back, when the financial crisis hit, and has not been able to get back in the cockpit. I have close to 2000 hours, about half turbine.
The last interviews has basically stopped at the assessment test. Do you guys have any good suggestions on how to get further that this? I have flown all over Europe / Usa as FO on turbine aircraft, and good refrences from my old company.
So, do the airlines just see test results not experience anymore???

And I just hit the magic 30 year age, and I thinking of not proceed with my dream anymore...
