Where to find DPRK (North Korea) NOTAMS

Hello:

Does anyone here know a reliable way of finding current NOTAMS for the Pyongyang FIR via internet? My flight planning application doesn't call them up as it does for other FIRs.

Last time I done Pyongyang the Co had to request them from NK through the
local Authority making request. One couldn't get a ZKPY METAR either.
