Just thought I would say a big thanks to Angus / Andrew / Bev on this flight who took pity on the group with the lady on crutches, looked after her and let her little girl have a look at the office... You made quite a a difficult day a little more bearable, and definitely made the little girls day!
Shame about the landing though!:p
