Probably correct the Airbase Museum at Coventry is moving down there as we speak and they have some airworthy they display. They intend to fly one of the sixes out too :ok: along with the Canberras.

In 1999, for the 50th Anniversary of the first probe and drogue refuelling, a sortie was planned with VC10 refuelling a Meteor on one hose and a brand new, not yet in service Eurofighter on the other.

In the event the planned photo opportunity did not happen as one of the aircraft went u/s.

Yes, the Eurofighter of course!
