View Full Version : Hotels and Allowances After Submitting ASR-F CX

Lately CX has been trying to deny responsibility for the Hotel bill and allowances when one reports "Fatigued." Obviously company policy has changed. What have the rest of you experienced and what is our recourse if Crew Control refuses to provide us with a room and allowances? Is there a process to formally "grieve" this through HKAOA or the company?

Thanks,
Sukmai

I certainly hope they are not doing that. That is obvious intimidation -- a clear violation of Ops Man A.

in that case, don't report fatigued....report unfit!

Exactly. It's none of crew controls business why you're unfit. File the ASR-F a week later.

But I wouldn't be telling crew control anything about my health. Fit or unfit. That's all they need.

The GMA is going spare and sacking doctors trying to find the information you're volunteering. You're a better man than me for helping him on his crusade.

It is true, but I agree... fit or unfit.

Surely if they do not give you a hotel room to sleep in then you would never recover from the fatigue?!:E

Sleep on a sofa in the lobby until they give you a room! Won't take long........

They do not respect Ops A unless it suits them to mince with their own words.

Not really relevant who, in CX, sees an ASR(F) first. It should go to CAD anyway and they will do as they see fit with the information contained therein. IE - nothing.
