Falcon 900 to Pedernales, Venezuela SVPE

I have a request to evalualte a trip with a Falcon 900EX to SVPE. Looking at AIP runway data 1270 m it sounds feasable i.e. landing and take-off performance.
Has anybody recently been to Pedernales, SVPE and can make a statement about condition of runway, taxiway and apron?
I have not been able to obtain any charts yet. Hints where to get aerial and airport charts?

From a F900EX driver...use caution. Runway 09/27 is only 4180 by 80. I didn't quite catch if you were evaluating the runway or the aircraft. This is a tight fit for the 900 on a good day.

I have done performance - it is only for a 40 minute flight so the numbers fit. I would like to know about runway sate (AIP says asphalt - but what is the condition). I also got info by flight planning agency that says runway is grass!!! How about parking and apron in general? I know that we cannot expect any services.
