Let's see. This took place in 2009. It's now 2013. Since I would imagine that many lessons were indeed learned, I would argue that it's not exactly current or relevant anymore.

Lessons learned, that hackneyed old phrase.

Somehow I doubt it, I would imagine that after recent event the UKBF or whatever it is called now is probably less secure than in 2009. I would argue that this is both current and relevant.

Skydrift from Norwich?
This happened there.

BBC NEWS | UK | England | Norfolk | Security breach at Norwich airport (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/norfolk/7364854.stm)

Nasty little 1970's airport.
Passenger security individually moronic on a collective basis from the top down.

I can understand the need to check shipments but
break into containers to look at and handle ??????

And they say no more inspections will be done
until training is provided ???

Does that mean they will break into more and
play with them ?

:ugh:
